    Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR)
    Assessment provides indicators of student needs and progress in the area of ELA and Math.  Illinois requires that this assessment is taken by all students in grades 3-8. https://www.isbe.net/iar 
     
    ACT 
    Standardized test designed to measure skills that are most important for success in post secondary education.   Illinois requires that students in grade 11 take the ACT.  Students in grades 9-10 take the PreACT. https://isbe.net/Pages/HS-Assessment.aspx
     
     
    DLM-AA

    Illinois Science Assessment (ISA)
    Assessment based on the Illinois Learning Standards in science incorporating the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).  Illinois requires that all students in 5th and 8th grade take this test.   https://www.isbe.net/isa
     
    Kindergarten Individual Development Survey (KIDS)
    This observational survey is used to identify gaps in school readiness and provide information to drive more effective classroom instruction.  This test is required for all Kindergarten students.  https://www.isbe.net/kids

    MAP Growth ELA and Math
    Adaptive assessment that gauges achievement and tracks growth over time.  This test is taken in the Fall, Winter, and Spring for all students in grades 1-10.  https://www.nwea.org/map-growth/
     
    Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test
    Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test® Third Edition (NNAT3) is a nonverbal measure of general ability for students in kindergarten through grade 12.  FSD145 uses this test as one of the criteria for placement in HAPP classes in grades 1-5.  
     
    AIMSweb Plus
    AIMSwebPlus screens and monitors the reading and math skills of our students. With its robust set of standards-aligned measures, AIMSwebPlus is proven to uncover learning gaps quickly, identify at-risk students, and assess individual and classroom growth.  FSD145 uses this assessment with our MTSS Guidebook  to identify student interventions and supports.
