Preschool
2024-2025 Supply List for Parents
Students in Preschool will need basic school supplies:

Full size backpack (no wheels)

Change of clothes (season appropriate)

Pull Ups/Diapers/Wipes if your child is not potty trained
Additional Important Information:
In an effort to ensure the health and safety of all FSD 145 students, and ensure immediate compliance with state law and Illinois School Code, FSD 145 has established “First Day Exclusion.” Under Board policy 7:100, students will not be admitted on the first day of school, August 21 , 2024, if they do not have the required Illinois physical and current immunizations on file. Parents must be sure their child’s physical is complete and includes details of the child’s health history.
Therefore, before reporting to school, all FSD 145 students in grades K, 6, and 9, or students entering school for the first time (regardless of grade) must have proof of a complete health examination and up-to-date immunizations on file.
Kindergarten through Grade 4
