Regarding Student Data Privacy and Online Tools
As we move to support our students through online learning activities, please keep in mind that FSD145, state, and federal policies regarding student use of Internet tools, account creation, and student data privacy still apply.
When encouraging your students to explore online activiites, please keep in mind the following list of approved websites and services:

All of these resources have been researched to make sure that the support the following:
- They will work on FSD145 computers and Chromebooks
- They ensure privacy of student data
- Parent permission is covered under the paperwork signed at registration
If you are planning to use a tool that is not on the list, you will need to contact the FSD145 Technology Department to have the tool researched and approved.

As we move more of our work online, it will become increasingly important to verify the identity of the parent/guardian before sharing student information. Please follow this protocol when you receive communications from unfamiliar email address or phone number.
